An Innocent Love

He used to work really hard.
She used to miss him a lot.

Every evening, they used to take out time from their busy day,
and meet behind the farm.
Same story for 16 years.
This way, they would spend sometime together.
It was a plain simple decent innocent friendship.
They had no other friends.

He would lie down on the Earth, and face the sky,
While, she would always lie on his right shoulder, facing towards him.
All they did was hold hands, talk, tease, taunt, and smile.

One day, they met at the same place.
Today, the guy had planned to propose her.
He was going to tell her how much he loves her, and all of a sudden,
it started raining as much as if the sea raised high in air,
and fell on that small piece of land.
(maybe God was testing him?)

This didn't shook the guy at all.
He waited 16 years of his life for this day.
He did what he felt that he was born to do.
He gathered this 16 years of courage, and told her that he loves her.

The girl was shocked. (maybe she didn't expect this?)
She asked him, "how much u love me?"
he said, "more than my right hand?"
The girl smiled, but didn't say a word.
They left, and met the everyday.
Same place, same time.

The guy always told her that he loves her a lot.
But she always smiled whenever the guy told her how much he loves her.
The guy just cannot say anything. He always remained silent.

This story still continues.
What is the girls answer?
Why is the guy silent? and,
is 16 years of attraction called love?

(*Sorry friends, m not good at endings. Maybe thats why my stories have no endings)

One

An innocent smile,
A lovable heart,
A negative reply,
1 + 1 can never be 1.

A group of four,
A friendship to adore,
A reachable dream,
4 can be one.

A shining love,
Bunch of open hearts,
A happy family,
All can be one.

LIFE

1st Innings

I was a good looking child. All I remember is that all girls used to pick me up, hug me, and kiss on my cheeks. I started school, wasted lots of time there. They used me for 18 years of my life only to teach me how to push buttons. I was just so happy that school was over, so I could start what they call "the best moment of entire life - college."Oh, college was so much fun. All I did for 3 years was ENJOYED !!!
Somehow !!! Okay, Somehow. Really don't know how? but I managed to pass. It was time to start the 2nd innings of my life...

2nd Innnings

The 2nd innings was pretty much the same. I worked, slogged, sweat, hurt myself, got a car of my own, house of my own, and finally a wife of my own. I was so stuck in between Kids, Job, House, Wife, and LIFE !!! I had every possible thing in this world to worry about. I turned 60, and it was time to retire. Time to play the 3rd innings of my life. Time flies really fast.

3rd Innings

I retired from those busy working days. Living life on pensions. 80 years old now. Wife dead, Kids left me.Only a big house with empty rooms, not a home. Wake up to find no one on the opposite side of bed. Waiting for salvation. Living each day as last day. Living each moment as last moment. Waiting for that morning when people would wear black, say something nice about me, bury me, and leave. Waiting for life to stop. Waiting for DEATH !!!

GAME OVER

Here I lie, dead in the coffin; 6 feet below the ground. I just want to ask you one question, and that is "What's the meaning of life?"
